New feature in Goodloading – possibility to collaborate on a project
In Goodloading, until now, it was possible to share projects for viewing or editing. However, when a colleague to whom we sent a project made changes, they had to send it back to us if we wanted to check them. It is now possible for several people to collaborate on one project.
A new function in Goodloading allows colleagues to work together on one project. How to do it?
- Prepare a project and share it with a colleague via the ”share link” option. If you want to see or edit the project after corrections, remember to check the option ”overwrite changes also in my project”.
- The colleague can open the project and make changes.
- He or she should then click ‘Save Project’. This button is located on the top panel, after clicking on the project icon.
- Once your colleague has saved the project, refresh the browser.
- You can easily check the changes made and previous versions of the project.
The new function improves cooperation within the company, but also between the shipper and the carrier, who can create and edit projects together. You are welcome to test it!
